As Quality Coordinator at Mars, you will be responsible for administering quality control programs required by the business as defined by the global Quality Management Program (QMP).
What are we looking for?
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years experience in a food manufacturing environment working in quality, food safety, engineering and/or product/process development
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
Working knowledge of food processing and packaging technology
What will be your key responsibilities?
Providing documentation for quality and logistics for special product exports and ingredients
Leading quality or process improvement projects for product quality and food safety
Driving improvements to process or systems across the site
Key User/Functional Expert for quality and food safety systems including leading the roll out of new modules/system upgrades
Leading multiple Quality Management process elements (Internal Audit, FS-HACCP, Management Review, etc.)
