1. Store Operation Excellence & Product Management

Daily operation and management of dedicated products, driving category GMV contribution
Lead TP partners and leverage professional e-commerce operations expertise to analyze store data, identifing category growth opportunities

2. Service Excellence

Lead TP partners and adapt industry 'know-how' to monitor service/logistics KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
Proactively review consumers feedback and post-sales pain points
Adapt industry best practices in service workflows and promote the standardization and efficiency improvement of return, exchange, and dispute resolution processes

3. Expense Analysis & Compliance Strictly comply with the company’s financial policies and platform compliance requirements to ensure all expenses are authentic, compliant, and effective

4. Project Management

Lead or support projects with ALI. Summarize and standardize successful project experience for scale-up

5. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related major

5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations with solid knowledge

Capable of solving problems independently

Effective communication skills

1. 货品管理&品类增长:负责天猫旗舰店指定货品的日常运营与管理,提升品类GMV贡献。通过领导TP和自身运营专业知识分析店铺数据,识别品类增长机会,支撑小型运营项目推进

2. 服务提升:通过领导TP和自身行业知识,监测服务相关KPI, 识别服务相关的机会点并优化相关服务;主动收集用户反馈与售后痛点,结合行业最佳实践,识别服务流程中的优化机会,推动退换货、纠纷处理等流程的标准化与效率提升

3. 费用分析:严格遵守公司财务制度与平台合规要求,确保所有费用支出真实、合规、有效

4. 平台项目:领导或者协助和平台相关合作项目的落地;沉淀参与的平台项目合作经验,将成功模式标准化

5. 工作经验:相关专业本科背景,>=5年以上电商运营相关经验,有独立解决问题的能力,有清晰和有效的沟通能力
