加入玛氏,您的主要职责将会是什么?

1.负责广州部分区域宠物门店渠道的分销、门店管理和经销商管理,确保达成负责区域的销量目标及相关KPI目标

2.确保按标准执行公司的各种销售和市场行销活动

3.发展新客户并保证及时跟进

4.负责向客户(既有客户/潜在客户)传递公司的品牌理念和产品专业知识

5.负责实施各类消费者招募活动及产品知识的消费教育活动

6.定期和客户进行财务分析并制定合理的商业计划以确保客户盈利的可持续增长

7.收集市场上的各种信息(竞争者,新客户,串贷行为等)并及时汇报给上级经理

8.针对各种执行上的偏差,要及时采取纠偏行动方案以确保营业额的可持续增长

9.确保准时准确完成各项销售报表

10.确保产品和服务的无缝链接以确保顾客满意
