West-Europe Cluster (Benelux & DACH)
Du möchtest in einer internationalen Supply Chain arbeiten und dafür sorgen, dass Produkte stets zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort verfügbar sind? Als Supply Chain Planner steuerst du die Warenflüsse im westeuropäischen Cluster (Benelux & DACH) und arbeitest eng mit Teams aus Logistics, Sales, Marketing sowie unseren europäischen Produktionswerken zusammen, um eine effiziente und zuverlässige Lieferkette sicherzustellen.
Deine Aufgaben:
Planung und Steuerung der Supply Chain und Warenströme innerhalb des West-Europe Clusters
Sicherstellen des optimalen Inventory Mix und Bestandsniveaus in unseren Lagern
Planung der Nachschubversorgung aus europäischen Produktionswerken
Management von Direktlieferungen (Drop Shipments) an Kunden
Koordination von Value Added Services wie Co-Packing, Cycle Counts oder Re-Klassifizierungen
Steuerung des Informationsflusses entlang der Lieferkette (Factory – Warehouse – Customer)
Verantwortung für operatives Inventory Management inklusive Palettenregistrierung, Rechnungsfreigaben und Stammdatenpflege
Monitoring wichtiger Supply Chain KPIs wie OTIF (On Time In Full) und Out of Stock
Analyse und Lösung operativer Herausforderungen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Vorbereitung logistischer Reviews im Rahmen unseres S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) Prozesses sowie Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossenen Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Finanzen
erste Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Logistics oder Inventory Management
Verständnis für Supply Chain Prozesse, Planungssysteme und logistische Abläufe
Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen und auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern wie Sales, Marketing oder Operations
Hohe Teamorientierung und Kundenfokus
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um in internationalen Teams effektiv zu kommunizieren
