🎯 Misión del Puesto
Garantizar la excelencia operativa del Warehouse, asegurando el correcto proceso de picking, control y carga de la distribución directa en GBA, liderando el turno noche y promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua, seguridad y orientación al cliente.
🔎 Principales Responsabilidades
Liderar integralmente la operación logística
Garantizar cumplimiento de niveles de servicio y tiempos de entrega.
Supervisar procesos de picking, control y carga.
Monitorear y gestionar KPIs operativos.
Detectar e implementar oportunidades de mejora continua.
Promover una fuerte cultura de seguridad y orden en el depósito.
📊 Requisitos
Universitario en curso o graduado (Ingeniería, Logística, Administración o afines).
+5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
Experiencia liderando equipos numerosos (+30 personas).
Manejo de sistemas de gestión y WMS.
Experiencia trabajando con KPIs operativos.
Inglés básico (no excluyente)
