This role is responsible for delivering a portfolio of business critical and complex business projects through cross-functional teams. What are we looking for? Higher Eeducation Degree 3-5 years of project & process management experience Ability to build and lead effective project teams Ability to develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams What will be your key responsibilities? Build and lead effective project teams, and problem solving while managing or supporting projects Track and monitor projects from new products development through to execution Demonstrate ownership for Continuous Improvement Develop collaborative relationships across all stakeholder and project teams using organizational agility & conflict management skills to proactively manage and mitigate issues Communicate with key stakeholder communities ensuring transparency to project status, issues and recommendations What can you expect from Mars?
