We’re looking for anAccounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Melbourne on a 12-month contract.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our finance operations run smoothly, including:
- Processing vendor invoices and credit notes accurately and on time
- Ensuring transactions comply with internal controls and finance policies
- Supporting weekly payment runs and preparing remittance advice
- Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining vendor records and supporting updates to supplier details
- Partnering with teams across the business to support PO compliance
- Supporting audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 2–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with ERP systems (Navision experience a bonus)
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
- A team player with strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Finance or accounting qualification (preferred)
