We’re looking for anAccounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team in Melbourne on a 12-month contract.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play an important role in ensuring our finance operations run smoothly, including:

  • Processing vendor invoices and credit notes accurately and on time
  • Ensuring transactions comply with internal controls and finance policies
  • Supporting weekly payment runs and preparing remittance advice
  • Reconciling vendor accounts and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Maintaining vendor records and supporting updates to supplier details
  • Partnering with teams across the business to support PO compliance
  • Supporting audits, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • 2–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance operations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Navision experience a bonus)
  • Solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data
  • A team player with strong communication and stakeholder skills
  • Finance or accounting qualification (preferred)
