Job Description:
Ensure Safety Everywhere
Contribute to a winning environment which promotes safety
Support safety, security and environmental policies
Effectively monitor and improve a safe work environment
Compliant with Mars and external safety standards and rules
Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan
Develop project cost estimates with a high degree of accuracy and rapidness
Develop accurate and achievable project schedules
Lead the planning and execution validation activities
Ensure delivery of quality work
Develop resources that support excellence in execution and leadership, including effective communications and establishing clear accountability with the project team, contractors and vendors
Organize any necessary meetings to progress teamwork (weekly, daily, or ad-hoc as appropriate)
Monitor progress and manage risks to and recovery of any schedule slippages
Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary

Ensure partners respect Safety
Job holder has responsibilities for managing training vendors and contractors on site including ensuring the availability of quality and safety training programs
Lead Partners for the overall coordination, implementation and financial management of the project
Coordinate the start, implementation and closure of projects.
Monitor partners’ performance.
Manage the Dry and Wet commissioning activities and resources
Lead the Dry and Wet commissioning to complete a Handover 0 and support the operations team through the Validation and Start-up phases.
